Wymagania
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant IT specialization
- 1-3 years of commercial Java development experience post graduation
- Flexibility and openness to work with various technological platforms and tools
- Strong willingness to improve programming skills and tackle new IT challenges
- Advanced understanding of object-oriented programming
- Familiarity with design patterns, data modeling, architectural patterns, and modern system development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in English
Obowiązki
- Analyze and understand business and technical requirements, working with clients across different domains and industries
- Produce high-quality design deliverables describing how solutions meet business and technical requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using best practices and design patterns
- Conduct unit and manual testing to deliver high-quality solutions
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Work in an agile, international environment with experienced colleagues across Warsaw and Europe
- Plan and organize own work and report issues and progress timely
- Identify areas for personal development
- Work with various programming languages and technologies, primarily Java (8/11/17/21), Spring/Spring Boot, frontend technologies like React, Angular, Vue, NodeJS, and mobile development with React Native and Kotlin
