ServiceNow Solution Developer

emagine Polska is an enterprise IT company with a ServiceNow program consisting of approximately 50 dedicated individuals skilled in ServiceNow across multiple regions. The program includes two development teams covering various modules, supported by product management and architecture teams. The company focuses on enhancing patient care through advanced technology.

• Over 6 years of IT industry experience with a strong background in software development and solution integration.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on development experience with ServiceNow, including scoped applications, update set lifecycle, REST/Table API, GlideRecord, and encoded queries.
• Proficient in JavaScript, able to write, review, and optimize code in IDE-based environments.
• Experience with AI-powered coding assistants and LLM-based development tools.
• Familiarity with LLM integration patterns, API design, prompt management, and responsible AI guardrails.
• Experience with Now Assist is a plus.
• Ability to work within enforced development governance including coding standards, peer review, and documentation.
• Strong technical writing skills for specifications and structured documentation.
• Technical curiosity and proactive attitude towards advancements in AI and ServiceNow.
• Strong background in IT processes and experience working in large organizations.
• Practical experience with SAFe and ITIL in daily workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (B1 level).
• High cultural sensitivity and ability to work across multiple time zones.

Nice to have:

• Proficiency with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions using AI and custom integrations with LLM-based AI services.
• Develop robust integration frameworks to connect ServiceNow with external platforms and tools.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and development governance.
• Contribute to technical documentation, development standards, and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain focus on data quality and risk understanding related to AI solutions.
• Support the continuous evolution, health, and reliability of ServiceNow's AI capabilities.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize end-to-end product requirements.
