Creative Project Manager/ka

Altavia Kamikaze + K2 is hiring a Senior Creative Project Manager/Managerka to manage projects for their client, Netflix. The role involves working on integrated social media campaigns and coordinating interdisciplinary teams. The workplace is hybrid in Warsaw, Poland.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management within social media.
• Experience working with large, international brands (lovebrands).
• Fluent English language skills (B2/C1 level).
• Solid understanding of social media analytics and marketing.
• Experience coordinating projects with creative teams and within the influencer industry.
• Experience in conducting presentations and pitches, client negotiations, and project budget management.

• Analyze briefs and lead integrated social media campaigns for Netflix focusing on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
• Strategically and operationally supervise ongoing communication in Netflix's social media channels, including publication calendars, photo sessions, video recordings, and influencer collaborations.
• Prepare and conduct key presentations for the client, including strategic and pitch presentations.
• Conduct business and financial negotiations, manage budgets, and ensure project profitability.
• Monitor activities, analyze KPIs, report results, and collaborate with the strategy team to develop long-term recommendations.
• Build and maintain a partnership relationship with the client, discussing project details and advising on marketing development.
• Prepare and oversee project documentation such as contracts, specifications, schedules, and manage project risks.
• Coordinate an interdisciplinary team including creative, social, and production roles, delegate tasks, and foster team collaboration.
• Evaluate team effectiveness and improve internal processes.
