Product Owner/Proxy Product Owner - Talent Pool

Transition Technologies PSC is a dynamically developing company part of a Capital Group that offers interesting and challenging jobs including innovative projects using modern technologies. The company is located in Warsaw and allows hybrid work with 3 days per week from their office.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Proxy Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related product development role.
• Practical experience in backlog management, prioritization, and creating User Stories and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, align requirements, and collaborate with different stakeholder groups.
• Decision-making based on business value, data, and delivery constraints.
• Understanding of IT systems, integrations, and APIs for effective collaboration with technical teams.
• Practical experience using Jira for backlog management and tracking progress.
• Understanding of AI and automation applications in business processes.
• An Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Polish (pl C1) and English (en B2).
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the Warsaw office.

Nice to have:

• Experience in large organizations or regulated environments.
• Experience with AI products, analytics solutions, or process automation.
• Practical knowledge of Cloud platforms.
• Experience with discovery techniques like Story Mapping or Event Storming.
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, SQL, or analytical and reporting tools.
• Collaboration experience with UX teams and evaluating product experiments.
• Knowledge of principles for responsible and safe AI use.

• Managing and maintaining the product backlog and setting priorities based on business value.
• Translating user and stakeholder needs into requirements, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Co-creating the product roadmap and agreeing on the scope of upcoming releases.
• Conducting workshops, clarifying needs, and aligning solutions with business and IT stakeholders.
• Collaborating with the development team during planning, refinement sessions, and reviews.
• Managing dependencies and communicating progress, risks, and decisions.
• Supporting business testing, acceptance, and the implementation of changes.
• Evaluating the outcomes of delivered solutions based on data and agreed-upon metrics.
