Data Analyst (K/M)

Lumicode Sp. z o.o., part of the Pentacomp Group providing IT and technology solutions for large enterprises and public sector institutions for nearly 30 years, is recruiting a Data Analyst for a banking sector client project. The role involves data analysis, data quality, and collaboration with multiple business and technology teams.

• Very good knowledge of SQL and experience with Python, R, Java, or Scala
• Experience with Power BI and report creation
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• High attention to data quality and correctness
• Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to organize work independently in a fast-changing environment
• Very good English language skills, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Experience with Data Governance frameworks and methodologies
• Experience in Data Migration projects
• Experience in Data Integration

• Analyze data and support the GKYC program in data analytics
• Design and develop data-related solutions
• Analyze and improve data quality
• Work with large datasets using SQL and programming languages
• Create reports and data visualizations in Power BI
• Design simple data models and work with data taxonomy
• Collaborate with IT, Architecture, Financial Crime, Compliance, Legal teams, and business representatives
• Gather and translate stakeholder needs into data solutions
• Support changes in data management processes
• Analyze problems and propose solutions considering data quality and correctness
