Project Manager (Infrastructure) (m/f/n)

For one of the EU institutions.

• Proven experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ideally holding SAFe certifications.
• Experience with Juniper SD Wan.
• Previous experience managing infrastructure projects, including network, hardware, and software.
• Strong program management skills with successful delivery of complex projects on time and within budget.
• Customer-centric approach with ability to align technical teams accordingly.
• Natural curiosity and passion for staying updated with latest technology trends.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant project management or agile certifications are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and guidance in the adoption and implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across various teams.
• Oversee multiple infrastructure projects ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Allocate and manage technical teams for optimal resource utilization.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement best practices for quality assurance.
• Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives fostering innovation and efficiency.
