Product Manager, Command

The Product Management team at Asana drives product strategy and execution by translating customer needs into a roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver solutions that improve team productivity and collaboration. The Warsaw-based team focuses on building a new AI-native product for the agentic software development lifecycle aiming to define the next significant line of business for Asana.

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management
• Experience building in environments with complex data models, human-centric UX, and B2B SaaS preferred
• Ability to model data relationships and partner with Design on UX flows
• Strategic thinking to create bold, intuitive work connections within platforms
• Ability to evangelize roadmaps and ship MVPs and iterations with high velocity
• Customer-centric approach to analyzing personas and problem definition
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable in technical discussions with engineers
• Mentoring experience and ability to foster team morale
• Growth mindset and openness to feedback
