Deloitte Digital offers a No-Code Lab - an intensive 2.5-week learning experience focusing on software development using Creatio, a leading low-code platform. The program targets aspiring developers interested in backend, frontend, or full-stack roles within a modern tech environment.

• Currently in 3rd year of bachelor's or enrolled in master's studies.
• Knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Experience with Visual Studio or JetBrains Rider.
• Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and Git.
• Problem-solving mindset and strong desire to learn.
• Good command of English (B2 or higher).
• Availability for full-time employment after the Lab.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with ASP.NET Core.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Work in real-world IT projects.
• Develop apps with Creatio using both configuration and traditional coding.
• Write C# code to enhance platform functionality.
• Build backend services and frontend features.
• Integrate systems and support real business processes.
• Learn how IT delivers value to organizations.
