Wymagania
- 6–8 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Delivery Coordinator, or similar role in infrastructure, cloud, or technology environments.
- Strong analytical skills to transform vague or conflicting input into precise requirements.
- Technical fluency in web and cloud fundamentals including DNS, HTTP/TLS, cloud infrastructure, and networking.
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation and stakeholder materials.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure thorough follow-through.
- Experience coordinating across distributed teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with CDN/edge platforms (e.g., Akamai), Azure, and web application security from analysis or coordination perspective.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and structured delivery methods (Agile or hybrid).
- Experience mapping processes or producing lightweight architecture documentation.
- BA or delivery certification (e.g., BCS, IIBA, AgilePM) is a plus.
Obowiązki
- Elicit, structure, and document requirements for platform and infrastructure changes, including purpose, stakeholders, and success criteria.
- Break initiatives into well-defined, sequenced work items for engineers.
- Coordinate delivery across teams and dependencies, track progress, and resolve blockers.
- Own and improve team documentation, including runbooks, process documents, architecture summaries, and onboarding materials.
- Analyze and map current processes and technical estate, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for simplification.
- Prepare governance and stakeholder materials such as impact assessments, options papers, and status summaries.
- Support the platform lead in demand management by qualifying requests and routing work appropriately.
