Business Analyst (m/f/x)

Shimi Sp. z o.o. is hiring a Business Analyst to work remotely on PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define processes, and support system design and testing.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• Five years of systems analysis experience.
• 3+ years as Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM.
• Knowledge of business-wide and client-facing applications.
• Ability to understand client requirements and underlying infrastructure applications and systems.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant data and current systems.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Experience facilitating requirements workshops and solution elaboration sessions.
• Experience creating functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level.

Required PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM Module Experience:

• Inventory Management
• Order Management
• Warehouse Operations
• Manufacturing

Required Technical Knowledge:

• Experience supporting integrations between PeopleSoft and external applications.
• Understanding of APIs, web services, middleware platforms, and data interfaces.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Experience in supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, and inventory management processes.

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement elaboration activities.
• Develop functional specifications, business process flows, and user stories.
• Collaborate with development teams to define and validate solutions.
• Perform impact analysis and requirements traceability.
• Develop test scenarios and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution.
• Manage defect triage and validate resolutions.
• Support deployment planning, training, and change management activities.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
