Solution Engineer [One Trust] Digital Commerce

HEINEKEN's Digital & Technology Team (D&T) is part of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center, focused on digitalizing and integrating brewery processes to create a data-driven culture. The Commerce DevOps Hub in Kraków develops software powering e-Commerce as part of the Global Digital & Technology Function.

• 4+ years in solution engineering, technical consulting, or platform administration
• 2+ years hands-on experience configuring and administering OneTrust modules
• Experience building API integrations (REST, JSON, OAuth/SSO)
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data queries and validation
• Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
• Strong communication skills; ability to work with technical and business teams
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal

Nice to have:

• OneTrust certification (any module)
• Familiarity with Jira and Salesforce
• Experience with cookie/consent management implementations
• Background in FMCG industries
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies

• Configure and maintain OneTrust modules (Privacy, Consent, Vendor Risk, GRC) aligned with business and regulatory requirements
• Design and implement integrations between OneTrust and enterprise systems using APIs, connectors, and middleware
• Gather business, legal, and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Conduct functional, regression, and UAT testing of configurations and integrations before deployment
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including solution architecture, runbooks, SOPs, and configuration guides
• Provide training, demonstrations, and ongoing technical support to end-users, administrators, and stakeholders
• Monitor platform performance, stay updated with OneTrust releases, and recommend enhancements
• Ensure platform configurations and data handling comply with privacy regulations and internal policies
