Solution Architect, Power Platform

Nordea is a major Nordic bank undergoing digital transformation. The role is within Group Technology's Power Platforms team in End-User Engineering & Operations, focusing on designing and governing Microsoft Power Platform solutions to empower business and technology teams.

• Strong background in solution architecture, application design, systems integration, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives from requirements gathering through architecture, delivery, and operational support.
• Demonstrated success in partnering with business stakeholders to define roadmaps, identify automation opportunities, and deliver measurable business value.
• Experience operating within enterprise governance, security, risk, compliance, and architecture frameworks.

Nice to have:

• Experience implementing intelligent automation, AI-powered solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience designing and enabling integration patterns with APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile delivery methodologies, and Application Lifecycle Management.

• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture and technical design of Power Platform solutions.
• Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into scalable architecture designs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to solution engineers, administrators, and project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain architecture standards, design patterns, governance controls, and best practices across the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Develop adoption strategies, enablement initiatives, and governance frameworks to encourage responsible platform growth and maximize business value.
