Ekspert SAP KSeF / E-Invoicing (Senior Consultant)

• Strong practical experience with KSeF system implementations or adaptations in SAP environments.
• Very good knowledge of invoicing processes in SAP FI (purchase invoices/ AP, postings) and SAP SD (sales invoices, Order-to-Cash).
• Practical knowledge of Polish legal and tax requirements in SAP (localization, taxes, e-declarations).
• Experience working with electronic invoice data structures, field mappings, and XML files.
• Deep understanding of the e-invoicing lifecycle, validation schemas, and document correction logic.

Nice to have:

• Practical experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) / eDocument Framework configuration and support.
• Experience with API interfaces, integration buses, and communication with government gateways.
• Official SAP certifications (S/4HANA Finance or Sales).

Key responsibilities:

• Audit and evaluate current SAP KSeF configuration for legal and business compliance.
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis identifying missing system elements (remaining 20-30%) and prepare implementation plans.
• Verify and manage full lifecycle of e-invoices (sales and purchase), including return statuses, data validation, and corrective invoices.
• Support precise mapping of SAP fields to target XML structures (FA_VAT schema).
• Provide architectural recommendations based on SAP standards (e.g., SAP DRC / eDocument Cockpit), including custom development/ ABAP extensions.
• Collaborate closely with business, accounting teams, analysts, and ABAP/integration developers.
