Data Modeller

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with relational, dimensional, and/or NoSQL data platforms (e.g., RDBMS, ETL, data ingestion).
• Strong communication skills with fluent English.
• Knowledge of metadata management and data modelling tools (e.g., Erwin, Visual Paradigm).
• Experience with data warehouses, data lakes, and big data platforms in multi-data-center contexts preferred.
• Experience in team management, communication, and presentation.
• MongoDB experience is advantageous.

• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for RDBMS, ODS, data marts, and data lakes.
• Implement business and IT data requirements through new data strategies and designs.
• Collaborate with business and application teams to build data flows and models.
• Define and govern data modelling standards, tools, and best practices.
• Identify architecture, infrastructure, and interfaces for data sources, security, and analytics.
• Perform hands-on modelling, design, configuration, and performance tuning.
• Work independently and proactively to address project requirements and reduce delivery risks.
