Frontend Developer & Web Designer

RedStone is a blockchain company building the next generation of oracle infrastructure, delivering reliable, secure and low-latency data to blockchain applications. Their infrastructure powers 160+ protocols across DeFi, tokenized real-world assets (RWAs), and institutional blockchain applications, securing over $67B in Total Value Locked (TVL). The company currently has around 50 people, with the technical team based in Poland and Marketing and Business Development teams distributed internationally.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with ability to communicate confidently on a daily basis with international team members.
• Strong experience with React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript and modern CSS/Tailwind.
• Experience building responsive marketing websites.
• Good knowledge of Figma and ability to accurately implement designs.
• Good understanding of UI/UX, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong attention to visual detail.
• Experience working with designers and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable using modern AI development tools.
• Experience in blockchain, fintech or similar field is not required but familiarity is an advantage.
• Ability to occasionally join the team at a coworking space in Warsaw is a plus.

• Build and maintain marketing websites, landing pages, and product pages.
• Translate Figma designs into production-ready front-end code.
• Implement website updates, new pages, and product announcements.
• Ensure high visual accuracy across typography, spacing, layout, and responsive behaviour.
• Work closely with Marketing and Graphic Design on new web experiences and iterations.
• Use modern development tools and AI-assisted workflows to speed up development.
• Keep the front-end code clean, maintainable, and scalable.
