Business Risk Consultant, Senior Associate

• Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services and/or service delivery
• Proficiency in English
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Experience in database management, data analysis, and change management
• Knowledge of operational controls, SSC control framework, and related risks
• Previous analytical role experience
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Power Automate is an advantage
• Clear and effective communication and excellent organizational skills
• Proactive workload prioritization and time management
• Flexibility, self-motivation, results-oriented approach, and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Office presence required at least 3 days per week

• Work with risk data like KRIs, ICASM INCs, Archer FNDs ensuring completeness, accuracy, and appropriateness
• Prepare and review formal reporting meeting decks for key risk forums within deadlines
• Support Business Risk Management by producing timely risk reporting and analysis for multiple Risk Committees
• Provide administrative support for control-oriented processes such as SOC1 EY audit and prepare SOC1 comfort letters
• Perform or support ad-hoc analysis requested by Business Risk Managers
• Monitor process changes and follow them
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and maximize use of company strategic tools
• Provide support for SharePoint repository
• Handle various ad hoc requests and data analysis tasks
• Oversee Risk Reporting Services data delivery prior to submission to Risk Managers
• Develop understanding of company’s risk culture and the Three Lines of Defense responsibilities
• Perform administrative tasks including agenda management, attendance tracking, and minute-taking
