Delivery Operations Manager

• Extensive professional experience in delivery, resource management, PMO, or operations roles within professional services or technology consulting
• Strong data skills beyond Excel; comfortable using AI tools for reporting, analysis, and dashboard creation
• Preferred experience with Workday PSA or similar PSA/ERP systems
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and holding team members accountable to deadlines
• Excellent structured communication skills, capable of turning data into clear executive narratives
• Experience in Big 4 or IT services/outsourcing environments is a strong plus
• Extensive hands-on experience with AI tools or strong willingness to learn quickly

• Own and maintain the Weekly Delivery Pulse and Monthly RAG reporting for P1/P2 accounts
• Monitor utilization, bench, and ramp-up/down trends, proactively managing exceptions
• Maintain dashboards and delivery health metrics covering scope, schedule, quality, team, commercials, and governance
• Track headcount movements, bench, and ramp-down risks across accounts
• Partner with HR, Talent, and Resourcing to maintain visibility into open positions, time-to-fill, and redeployment
• Drive action follow-ups across Delivery Directors, Delivery Managers, and CoE leads, enforcing owners and due dates
• Support the delivery governance cadence with agendas, minutes, action logs, and risk registers
• Collaborate with Finance on margin and revenue reporting accuracy
