Senior Business Analyst

• Extensive experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Change Manager, or similar stakeholder-facing role.
• Proven experience in data, BI, analytics, or migration programs.
• Ownership of business validation activities including scope confirmation, acceptance criteria, UAT, sign-off, and user adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management skills working with business owners, data owners, and senior decision-makers.
• Ability to challenge stakeholders and make evidence-based recommendations.
• Data literacy to interpret reconciliation results and explain report logic to business users.
• Experience facilitating demos, workshops, and UAT involving business and technical teams.
• Ability to manage conflicting expectations and drive decisions to resolution.
• Highly organized, proactive, and persistent with follow-up to obtain approvals and sign-offs.
• Strong ownership and ability to work independently in complex distributed environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to improve productivity and quality in analytical and documentation work.
• Based in Poland with legal right to work and available for up to twice-weekly visits to client office in Warsaw.

• Experience in report rationalization, consolidation, or retirement initiatives.
• Experience supporting user adoption and decommissioning of legacy solutions.
• Familiarity with data governance structures like Data Councils.
• Experience with Gold-layer data products or similar curated data models.
• Experience applying GenAI tools in structured business analysis workflows.
• Interest and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices such as automation of analysis tasks and AI-supported documentation.

• Map stakeholders for each migration package and agree on sign-off responsibilities.
• Confirm migration, consolidation, or retirement of data products and reports with business owners.
• Translate business expectations into clear, testable acceptance criteria.
• Ensure acceptance criteria are agreed before build begins.
• Prepare and present evidence-based recommendations for consolidating or retiring overlapping reports.
• Resolve consolidation decisions with stakeholders and escalate to the Data Council if necessary.
• Organize product demonstrations and User Acceptance Testing.
• Track UAT findings, actions, and decisions to resolution.
• Obtain formal business sign-off for Gold data products and related reports.
• Secure go-live confirmation and coordinate transition to new solutions.
• Confirm user transition and approval to decommission legacy dependencies.
• Hand over decommissioning evidence to responsible teams.
• Maintain visibility of stakeholder maps, acceptance criteria, consolidation decisions, UAT results, and sign-offs via weekly reports.
• Work closely with business and data owners, domain digital teams, migration pods, BI engineers, Program Manager, and Delivery Lead.
• Escalate stalled packages, unresolved decisions, and risks with recommendations and next steps.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required. Candidates must be based in Poland with legal right to work and available for client office visits in Warsaw up to twice per week.
