Cyber Security Analyst

• Graduation between December 2027 and July 2028
• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field (in progress)
• Ability to pass technical interviews involving basic algorithmic programming exercises
• Proactive problem solver using Generative AI for complex business problems
• Excellent communication, project management, leadership, and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in diverse teams; collaborative and adaptable
• Global outlook and willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones
• Prior experience in agile teams is desirable
• Authorized to work in Poland without employer sponsorship

• Contribute to high-impact projects influencing banking evolution
• Potential work areas include Microservices Development (Java, Spring Framework, Pivotal Cloud Foundry), Front-End Web Development (React, Angular, Apigee, TypeScript, HTML5), Generative AI & AI Agents (GitHub Copilot, Prompt Engineering, Workflow Design, GenAI Optimization), and Data Analytics (Splunk, Tableau, Adobe Analytics)
• Collaborate on globally scoped projects with cross-functional teams
• Engage in structured learning, on-the-desk training, speaker series, networking, mentoring, and development programs
• Work in a hybrid model with up to 2 days remote per week
• Successful interns often return as Full-Time Analysts
