Business Process Analyst / Bpms Specialist

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Analyst, System Analyst, Process Analyst, BPMS/Workflow Consultant, or similar role
• Experience with BPMS or workflow platforms such as Ferryt, Camunda, UniFlow, or similar
• Business process modeling using BPMN
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams
• Interest in automation and process improvement
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• English language proficiency enabling smooth collaboration

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Camunda
• Knowledge of UML
• Experience with Jira
• Experience with Confluence

• Analyze business needs and translate them into requirements for IT solutions
• Model and design business processes
• Develop and optimize processes on the BPMS platform
• Collaborate with business and IT teams on implementing new solutions
• Participate in the entire development cycle from needs analysis to implementation
• Prepare and modify templates and printouts
• Identify opportunities for process automation and improvements
• Work mainly remotely with meetings in Łódź office twice a month
• Flexible starting work hours between 7:30 and 9:30
