IT Project Support Specialist/PMO (business trips to Saudi Arabia)

A multidisciplinary project team delivering a major amusement-sector initiative in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Operates closely with the client team in Riyadh in a fast-paced consulting environment.

• Proven organisational skills managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities efficiently.
• Demonstrated proactivity, autonomy, and flexibility in responding to project demands.
• Experience working under time pressure in dynamic environments while maintaining high work quality.
• Strong resilience and sense of responsibility for assigned work areas.
• Ability to produce high-quality materials and presentations for internal teams and clients.
• English proficiency at minimum C1 level.
• Willingness to organise working time flexibly and work additional hours during busy periods.
• Previous consulting experience or projects for demanding clients is an advantage.

• Prepare clear and concise meeting notes, summaries, and agreed actions across stakeholders.
• Create, update, and refine presentations and IT project deliverables to professional standards.
• Provide administrative and IT project-related support to the Senior Project Manager and project team.
• Coordinate activities and tasks arising from changing project requirements, ensuring appropriate follow-up and escalation.
• Maintain effective information flow among project participants and contribute to on-time task completion.

Hybrid working model with 2 weeks in Poland and 2 weeks in Riyadh. Work aligned with local working week (Sunday–Thursday) with Friday and Saturday off locally. For time spent in Saudi Arabia, 50 EUR daily allowance is provided.
