Product Owner (m/f)

Apilo, part of the cyber_Folks group, develops a mature SaaS platform processing millions of e-commerce orders daily and supporting thousands of sellers in scaling their business. The company is undergoing a stage of intensive growth and international expansion.

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience as a Product Owner, business or system analyst, or in a similar role bridging business and IT.
• Ability to independently close topics from problem definition through production.
• Strong analytical skills for processes and inter-system dependencies.
• Effective communication with both business stakeholders and developers.
• Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for them.
• Daily practice working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Understanding of e-commerce processes.
• High assertiveness and ability to justify decisions with data.
• Proficiency with Jira (backlog management), Miro (process mapping and workshops), and Confluence.

• Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks based on business value.
• Create detailed User Stories and Definition of Ready (Acceptance Criteria) using mockups and flowcharts.
• Collaborate tightly with development teams to verify technical feasibility of ideas.
• Communicate with stakeholders to elicit needs and convert them into clear product goals.
• Translate business processes into system solutions by analyzing, designing, and simplifying.
• Lead topics from concept to deployment without handing them off to others.
• Participate in Scrum team activities: sprint planning, requirements refinement, and sprint result acceptance.
• Maintain quality of delivered functionalities and coordinate work among multiple teams and interdependent systems.
