Delivery Manager

Flyps is a high-tech software house with nearly a decade of experience turning complex technical challenges into production-ready products. They have a Clutch 5.0 rating from satisfied customers and have contributed to products later acquired by companies such as Cursor, SpaceX, and LlamaIndex. The team includes serial entrepreneurs, SF startups, and established businesses, with in-house PhDs and most senior engineers. They work at the technological frontier, actively developing an internal AI harness with access to leading models, and maintain infrastructure for experimenting with local models.

• Proven experience managing multiple software projects and working directly with clients, ideally in a software house, technology company, or IT consulting environment.
• Experience supporting or managing Project Managers or team leads, including handling priorities, resources, and difficult delivery decisions.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and effective communication with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of project finances, profitability, capacity planning, and team utilization, with practical knowledge of Time & Materials (T&M) and Fixed Price models.
• Experience overseeing project estimations and pricing to ensure alignment with scope, team composition, timelines, and profitability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset to identify risks early, challenge unrealistic assumptions, and resolve issues.
• Confidence in managing difficult client conversations, negotiation, and expectations.
• Practical understanding of AI and automation and their applications in improving software delivery with attention to quality and security.
• Excellent communication skills in Polish (C2) and English (C1+), with confidence in business conversations.

• Take ownership of project delivery and outcomes, including scope, timelines, quality, budgets, and profitability.
• Support and coordinate Project Managers by setting priorities, providing feedback, assisting with difficult decisions, and ensuring agreed actions are followed through.
• Collaborate with PMs and technical leads on team allocation, capacity, assignments, and upcoming resource needs using Primetric to identify gaps and risks.
• Coordinate and review project estimates by challenging assumptions, identifying risks, and ensuring smooth handover from Sales to Delivery.
• Build strong client relationships, manage difficult conversations around scope, timelines, budgets, and team changes, and resolve delivery issues.
• Work with Sales and technical teams to identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships based on genuine business needs.
• Improve delivery processes, reporting, documentation, and project standards using AI and automation to reduce manual work and improve quality.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
