SAP Project Manager - zdalnie

Awareson Sp. z o.o. is recruiting for a senior SAP Project Manager role involving comprehensive SAP S/4HANA implementation projects in an international environment.

• Practical experience and knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Ability to manage teams, stakeholders, budgets, and schedules effectively.
• Ability to work well in a dynamic international project environment.
• Proficiency in English at minimum C1 level.
• Knowledge of SAP FI, SD, and MM modules.

• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts for assigned countries end-to-end.

• Manage scope, schedule, and budget according to SAP Activate methodology.

• Ensure compliance with global template and manage local deviations (template governance).

• Coordinate consultants, integrators, and project team; report status to Programme Director and Steerco.

• Oversee testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.

• Plan and execute project phases (Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run); manage plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

• Support resource building and body leasing.

• Manage project team, consultants (Body Leasing), CoE tasks, and external suppliers; supervise quality and performance.

• Prepare organization for go-live (Go-Live Readiness, cut-over) and manage transition to maintenance (run).

• Provide periodic status, risk, and decision reports to Global Programme Director and business stakeholders.
