PMO & Implementation Manager

Armatis Polska Sp. z o. o. is located in Warszawa and operates in IT administration and software development domains with a focus on project management and implementation.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, implementation, transition management or a similar area.
• Experience managing complex projects and coordinating multiple teams.
• Experience working with clients or external stakeholders.
• Ability to plan and monitor project schedules, risks, dependencies and budgets.
• Ability to combine business and technology perspectives.
• Strong ownership, accountability and analytical skills.
• Very good command of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Contact Centre, Customer Experience or BPO environments.
• Experience working on projects related to AI, automation, SaaS or digital transformation.
• Knowledge of CRM, telecommunications or other technologies supporting customer service operations.
• Experience working with IT, Development or Engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Smartsheet or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PRINCE2 or PMI/PMP methodologies.

• Managing implementation projects from planning and preparation through testing, go-live and stabilisation.
• Coordinating new client implementations and extensions of existing projects.
• Creating project schedules and monitoring timelines, dependencies, risks and key milestones.
• Coordinating cooperation between Operations, IT, Development, Infrastructure, Sales, HR, Training and other supporting functions.
• Working with technology teams on the implementation of AI solutions and other digital solutions.
• Organising and coordinating testing activities, including UAT, and preparation for production launch.
• Identifying issues and blockers and coordinating actions to resolve them.
• Leading project meetings and preparing status updates, reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with clients and internal teams involved in the project.
