Senior Workplace Architect

Falck is an international provider of healthcare, safety, and rescue services operating across several countries. The role is within the Digital Workplace team based in Warsaw, Poland, focused on designing and shaping digital tools and platforms used by Falck employees globally.

• Experience designing enterprise workplace solutions in large, complex, or international environments.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management, Windows Autopilot, Windows 11 lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and password-less authentication.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and endpoint security controls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, or similar desktop virtualization platforms.
• Skills in application packaging, software distribution, and application lifecycle management.
• Management of Android Enterprise, iOS/iPadOS, or macOS.
• Proven architecture documentation skills, including high-level and low-level designs, reference architectures, technical standards, decision records, and migration strategies.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on solution levels.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Design end-to-end workplace solutions from architecture and technical design through implementation guidance, ensuring scalability and security.
• Define and drive strategic direction, including technology roadmaps, standards, and future-state architecture for the Digital Workplace.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor translating business needs into architectural solutions.
• Lead architecture efforts for workplace domains such as endpoint management, collaboration platforms, software distribution, desktop virtualization, and hybrid/cloud infrastructure.
• Evaluate new technologies and vendors for alignment with digital workplace strategy.
• Ensure architectural governance, documentation, and compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with global and local IT teams, product owners, project managers, and partners to deliver solutions on time.
• Facilitate technical workshops, design reviews, and proofs of concept.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to other Digital Workplace team members.
