• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including projects in the banking or fintech sector
• Ability to coordinate several teams and manage dependencies
• Experience collaborating with business and diverse stakeholder groups
• Skillful navigation in complex organizational environments

• Support realization of the bank's strategy by leading projects related to investment service and product development
