Product Owner/Business Analyst

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in a similar role.
• Fluent English (C1) required for smooth collaboration with a US client.
• Practical experience running Product Discovery processes, translating business needs into requirements using workshops, interviews, prototyping, etc.
• Strong understanding of software development processes in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to distill complex information into simple, understandable insights.
• Intellectual curiosity and proactive learning attitude.
• Team player mindset with emphasis on effectively delivering results.
• Application of best practices to set quality standards for the team.

Nice to have:

• Experience with "heavy backend" products and interoperability issues.
• Experience with SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) projects.
• Experience in Healthcare industry projects.
• Strong interest in new technologies and health sector.

• Collecting and documenting business and functional requirements (Product Vision, Roadmap, Product Backlog).
• Continuously prioritizing tasks, assessing business value, creating use cases, managing user stories and epics aligned with product strategy.
• Collaborating closely with business, developers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle (planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment).
• Managing stakeholders to ensure internal and external needs are met with transparent communication.
• Keeping up with latest trends and maintaining high standards in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Work requires flexibility for meetings in afternoon and evening hours Polish time due to collaboration with a US client.
