Wymagania
- Willingness to work in a shift system (3 shifts).
- Higher education (preferably computer science) or student status.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Unix, Linux systems and user-level Active Directory.
- English language skills at minimum B2 level.
- Motivation to learn and acquire new skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Help Desk systems.
- Knowledge of operational aspects in SAP.
Obowiązki
- Monitor operation of central IT systems and support systems.
- Supervise data flow between central computer systems and other locations.
- Monitor data processing and resolve work items.
- Operate Service Desk system for computer system users.
- Monitor operation of WAN/LAN devices and data transmission links.
