Senior Project Manager (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems for clients mainly from the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists through a body leasing model.

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including projects in banking/fintech
• Ability to coordinate work across multiple teams and manage dependencies
• Experience working with business and diverse stakeholder groups
• Competence in navigating complex organizational environments
• Knowledge of JIRA, MS Project, and Confluence

• Manage projects and product backlogs related to brokerage instruments and investment services
• Coordinate collaboration between agile teams developing investment services and remote channels with the Brokerage Office
• Identify dependencies among teams and projects and ensure their effective synchronization
• Identify and manage risks within projects and teams
• Collaborate with business, technology teams, and other stakeholders involved in investment product development

The recruitment process includes two stages: a short (~20 minutes) phone interview with HR and an online technical talk (~1 hour) with the client, testing experience and technical knowledge.
