Senior Product Designer (Remote)

At Webshare, Product Design is integrated into product decision-making. The team collaborates from the start, involving Product, Design, and Engineering to understand problems, explore solutions, and prioritize customer outcomes. The role offers autonomy, access to behavioral and commercial data, a culture of experimentation, technically interesting challenges, and opportunity to influence product evolution and design practices.

• Strong Product Design experience with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of digital products or areas.
• Evidence-based product thinking combining business goals, customer needs, technical constraints, and behavioral data.
• Exceptional interaction and information-design skills to clarify complex settings, configurations, or data.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; able to independently navigate from problem definition to delivery and iteration.
• Pragmatic mindset with ownership and ability to articulate and adapt design decisions based on evidence.

Nice to have:

• Experience designing B2C SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, cloud, data, or API-based complex products.
• Experience designing self-service products requiring users to configure complex functionality without Sales or Support.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, checkout, subscriptions, upgrades, or monetisation flows.
• Strong data and information visualization skills, including dashboards and usage analytics.
• Experience running or designing A/B tests and product experiments.

• Own the end-to-end product experience for onboarding, activation, proxy setup, and usage analytics.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers early to frame problems and explore solutions.
• Conduct continuous discovery, prototype concepts, and validate designs through research.
• Design product experiments and A/B tests and interpret behavioral data for iterations.
• Map customer journeys, identify friction, and translate technical mechanics into accessible experiences.
• Contribute to the design system and advance team-wide product thinking with evidence-based design and collaboration.
