User Experience Expert (k/m)

PZU Tech S.A. is the company offering the position, located in Warszawa.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design for web or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD to create hi-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Knowledge and application of Design System principles and Nielsen's heuristics for usability and consistency.
• Experience planning and conducting usability testing before and after feature deployment.
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to verify process intuitiveness and identify drop-off points.
• Collaboration with development and testing teams, defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) to design inclusive solutions.
• English language proficiency.

Nice to have:

• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar to analyze user behavior.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) for better understanding of implementation constraints.
• Skills in designing microinteractions and animations to enhance user experience.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies and conducting stakeholder workshops.
• Experience in mobile application design and evolving Design Systems.

• Designing user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications.

• Performing usability research and analyzing test results and user feedback.
• Collaborating with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders during design and implementation.
• Verifying compliance of implemented functionalities with prepared mockups and design assumptions.
• Participating in application tests and supporting the acceptance process.
• Ensuring consistency of user experience across applications and digital channels.
• Analyzing market trends, competitor solutions, and implementing best UX/UI practices.
• Preparing graphic materials supporting application development and promotion, including those published in mobile stores.
• Supporting initiatives aimed at sales development and customer self-service channels.
