Senior Manager, AI Strategy & Transformation, Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA)

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) helps financial institutions capture value from artificial intelligence through AI strategy and transformation, agentic workflows, AI assistants, agentic commerce solutions and embedded AI experts.

• Experience delivering AI strategy, transformation, PoC/MVP or implementation projects, preferably in banking.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI assistants, agentic workflows, model orchestration and API-based integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms, data architecture, model evaluation, security and Responsible AI principles.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and working with AI vendors, software houses and technology partners.
• Experience developing consulting offerings in AI, as well as delivery methodologies and capabilities.
• Knowledge of payments is an advantage but not required.
• Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, with commitment to staying current with emerging technologies, tools and market developments.

• Originate and close AI consulting engagements by identifying client needs, defining business value and developing compelling proposals.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI engagements, from strategy and use-case design through PoCs, MVPs, implementation and scaling.
• Oversee multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring delivery quality, commercial performance, effective risk management and achievement of agreed outcomes and timelines.
• Translate business needs into viable AI solutions and implementation plans, maintaining alignment between the client’s objectives, technical approach and expected business value.
• Build trusted relationships and lead strategic discussions with senior stakeholders across business, technology, data, operations, risk and transformation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of VCA consultants, Visa experts, AI specialists, technology teams, software houses and external partners.
• Build VCA’s AI offering and expert network by developing reusable methodologies, strengthening internal capabilities and establishing relationships with relevant technology and implementation partners.
