Product Owner

Fundigic Sp. zoo operates in the city of Poznań, Poland. The role involves working with interdisciplinary teams creating mobile applications and managing the product lifecycle from concept to deployment.

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Product Owner in an interdisciplinary team developing mobile applications.
• Ability to manage a product backlog including task prioritization.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Figma, Miro and creating functional prototypes for analysis and quick adjustments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical teams, UX, and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Understanding of UX and design processes and collaboration with UX teams.
• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions from user feedback.
• Proactive approach to setting further development directions.
• Availability for hybrid work with at least 2 to 3 days in-office presence.

• Prioritizing team tasks and adapting plans based on changing priorities and implementation conditions.
• Answering questions regarding project operation, usage scope, and defining minimal viable product versions.
• Collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to coordinate and consult on task scope, timing, and execution.
• Analyzing user needs and managing feedback from organizational units impacted by product changes.
• Defining task scope and implementation details, monitoring and updating the project roadmap.
• Initiating and approving product communication: informing stakeholders about progress, changes, and effective new solution implementations.
• Identifying dependencies in the application ecosystem and actively acquiring knowledge about system use cases.
