[MSO] Senior Infrastructure Automation Engineer (Ansible)

• Advanced knowledge of automation platforms, preferably AAP/AWX
• Expertise in Ansible coding and repository management
• Experience developing Ansible playbooks, roles, modules, and collections
• Managing systems and processes at scale with Ansible
• Advanced Infrastructure as Code principles understanding
• Patch management experience on Linux and Windows
• Working experience across various Linux distributions
• Python programming skills preferred
• Solid Git and version control practices
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
• English language proficiency at C1 level

Nice to have:

• Experience with OpenStack
• Experience consolidating and standardizing automation practices
• Setting and adopting technical standards in teams
• Good understanding of virtualization
• Experience with Puppet migration to Ansible
• Familiarity with Ansible testing frameworks (e.g., Molecule)
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Knowledge of IPAM, IAM, networking, firewalls, storage
• Red Hat / Ansible certifications

• Writing Ansible automation - playbooks, roles, modules, and collections
• Shaping automation practice: standards, repository structure, and code review process
• Automating patch management
• Automating deployments and configuration management
• Systems and process automation
• Supporting project-driven infrastructure transformations with automation
• Configuring and managing the automation platform
• Reviewing and maintaining automation code
• Managing CI/CD for automation code
• Defining and maintaining the inventory and source of truth
• Introducing testing for automation code
• Collaborating with engineers to identify automation priorities
• Sharing knowledge to enhance team adoption
• Producing and maintaining technical documentation
