CRD's Engineering organization is innovating by moving from monolithic software to next generation cloud-based technology including Microsoft Azure, Kafka, and Snowflake.
Wymagania
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field required; M.S. degree strongly preferred
- At least 5 years of experience with full lifecycle development for Java applications in a similar industry
- Strong skills in core Java, server-side Java technologies, and Spring frameworks
- Experience with Agile methodologies and SQL databases
- Experience in backend technologies such as Kafka and Microservices
Nice to have:
- Experience or understanding of Kubernetes and cloud platforms like Azure
- Experience with object-oriented programming, relational databases (RDBMS), scripting, and advanced programming languages
- Experience with frontend technologies like React
- Experience in financial services developing solutions for Wealth Management
Obowiązki
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and debug large and complex software enhancements and solutions, including modifications to core frameworks
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Managers to create sustainable software solutions
- Direct problem solving for projects or major phases to resolve technical issues
- Develop, test, debug, and implement software using Java and other needed languages
- Provide guidance and analysis during code reviews
- Troubleshoot mission critical client implementations
- Engage fully in agile software development processes such as standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Plan and coordinate cross-team activities to complete assignments
- Demonstrate independence in design and development
- Mentor and guide Junior Engineers
