Senior Business Analyst in Trustee Change Team

• 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Advanced skills in business analysis, writing business requirements, and process mapping
• Experience with UAT (user acceptance testing) and writing test scenarios
• Knowledge and ability to use AI-based productivity tools
• Experience supporting operational teams in production issues and system queries
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment under deadline pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to build relationships with project stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI

• Preparing and analyzing proposed system changes, gathering documentation, and building consensus between business requirements and delivered technological solutions to ensure smooth project implementation
• Leading and coordinating the collection of business change requests, system development, and onboarding of new business within Trustee Operations
• Identifying and resolving project issues across multiple business areas and proactively mitigating implementation risks
• Formulating analysis of workload, costs, and impact on various Citi businesses to ensure timely delivery and limit potential risks
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to successfully execute projects
• Ensuring all necessary project documentation is maintained and all required client and internal approvals are obtained
• Ensuring compliance of the implemented process with local and global regulations
• Working in a hybrid model (currently up to 2 days remote work per week)

Work location is Warsaw with hybrid work model allowing up to 2 days remote work per week. Remote work outside of this is not available.
