As IT Partner in Supply Area Central Europe for Inter IKEA Group, you will provide professional onsite IT support to local co-workers and secure the support for various Inter IKEA IT systems. You will act as the link between central stakeholders and the office in the country, ensuring organizational deliverables through developing a competent and high performing organisation.
Wymagania
- Good knowledge of software, hardware, IP networks, and voice communication.
- Good knowledge of IT service management, information security, and data privacy processes and guidelines.
- General knowledge of relevant technology standards, trends, and innovations.
- Proficient with project management tools and methodology.
- Experience managing vendors and service providers.
- Knowledge of risk assessment.
- Very good knowledge of Office 365 tools and environment.
- Good knowledge of Power Automate, Microsoft Azure, and Power Apps.
- Self-reliant and motivated, able to work independently and in teams.
- Service-minded and professional with focus on end users' needs and business operations.
- English and Polish language proficiency required.
Additional strengths:
- Experience working within IT, preferably in global organisations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps platforms.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and ability to formulate queries (prompts).
Obowiązki
- Perform and manage planned IT activities such as installations, upgrades, rebuilds, and maintenance according to goals and strategies.
- Take decisions to solve IT issues and prioritize them in cooperation with the global helpdesk, escalating when necessary.
- Execute daily tasks following procedures, rules, and guidelines aligned with the organisation.
- Participate actively in the IT Partners' network across PLA units to secure local IT communication.
- Provide technical training for onsite support staff and new hires, including setup of technical equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine monitoring to ensure continuous IT infrastructure uptime.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in IT service desk and on-site support through processes, projects, and digital workplace initiatives.
- Be responsible for onsite IT security in cooperation with risk management, information security, and data privacy teams.
- Monitor IT technologies and system trends to evaluate possible business benefits.
- Manage relationships with Inter IKEA IT, vendors, contractors, service providers, and other stakeholders regarding support and change requests.
- Act as an ambassador of Inter IKEA values at all times.
