Release and Deployment Manager (German)

• Experience coordinating and managing software releases in complex environments.
• Confidence working with cross-functional teams and engaging a wide range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Change Management, release governance, and ITIL processes.
• Skilled in planning, organizing, and prioritizing activities while managing dependencies and risks.
• Clear and effective communication, adapting messages to technical and business audiences.
• Experience supporting testing activities and ensuring release readiness.
• Familiarity with test strategies, testing methodologies, governance practices, or testing documentation.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications such as Microsoft Sentinel, FME, or similar platforms; experience in Test Management and IT Infrastructure environments is an advantage.

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate software releases in line with business priorities and dependencies.
• Act as the main point of contact for release-related activities across development, testing, operations, and business teams.
• Ensure release readiness, including testing, approvals, documentation, and deployment planning.
• Manage release governance in line with Change Management and ITIL processes.
• Coordinate with Change Managers, Service Owners, and technical teams to ensure successful and compliant production deployments.
• Communicate release status, risks, and potential impacts to relevant stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through post-release reviews and process optimization.
• Support testing activities across project teams.
