QA Specialist – AI Governance Platform

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of professional QA/software testing experience, preferably with enterprise platforms or vendor PoCs
• Hands-on experience testing AI and/or SaaS platforms
• Proven experience creating test plans and test cases from functional and technical requirements
• Experience with defect and issue tracking tools like Jira and Kanban workflows
• Strong knowledge of test planning, execution, and requirements traceability
• Experience in defect management and root cause coordination with vendors
• Strong analytical skills and ability to produce clear, evidence-based documentation
• Strong communication skills across business, procurement, and technical teams
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multi-vendor teams
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous Proof of Concept environments

Nice to have:

• Exposure to AI/ML systems, AI governance, or model-risk testing
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks
• Experience in regulated industries, such as pharmaceuticals
• Experience testing endpoint-deployed software across distributed users
• Agile/Scrum or Kanban delivery experience in small cross-functional teams

• Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed and traceable test cases and scenarios
• Plan, execute, and document test cycles including installation, functional, integration, performance, and security testing
• Validate vendor self-assessment responses against requirements and identify gaps
• Support and verify endpoint installation testing across the pilot user cohort
• Test core AI governance capabilities such as runtime governance, risk evaluation, monitoring, and observability
• Log, prioritize, and track defects and issues through resolution with vendors
• Coordinate with dependent teams for alignment after submission milestones
• Contribute to defining Definition of Done (DoD) and Definition of Ready (DoR) for Kanban board
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with pilot end-users and capture feedback
• Verify that audit trails, logs, and compliance reporting meet regulatory requirements
• Prepare QA status reports for stakeholders, procurement, and leadership
