Senior Product UX/UI Designer with Fluent Japanese

DCV Technologies is hiring a Senior Product UX/UI Designer to contribute to digital product development for an established international consumer brand. The role focuses on designing experiences for B2C and B2B SaaS products and mobile applications.

• Minimum 5 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Fluent Japanese (mandatory) and strong professional English.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Strong experience working with and maintaining design systems.
• Practical experience in product discovery, user research, and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of design thinking and feature prioritisation.
• Experience designing B2C/B2B SaaS products or mobile applications.
• Ability to create high-quality, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience facilitating discovery workshops.
• Pre-sales participation.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience using AI-assisted design tools.

• Lead UX/UI design activities from product discovery to high-fidelity delivery.
• Conduct user research, identify user needs, and translate findings into design solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Work with existing Figma design systems, components, and design tokens.
• Facilitate workshops and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• Contribute to usability testing and continuous product improvements.
• Support pre-sales activities and mentor junior designers where required.
• Use AI tools appropriately to improve design and research workflows.

This position is available to candidates based in the European Union, with initial sourcing focused on Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Czechia, Slovakia, and Spain. Japanese fluency is essential.
