• Mid-level experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar product-focused role
• Professional proficiency in both French and English (mandatory)
• Practical experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and Scrum practices
• Hands-on experience working with and configuring Jira
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good technical understanding and collaboration with engineering teams
• Ability to work across operational and project environments
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and structured work approach
• Proactive, dependable, and ownership-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

• Gather, analyze, clarify, and document business and technical requirements
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and tasks for delivery teams
• Provide day-to-day support to the Product Owner and take ownership of delegated activities
• Act as a proxy Product Owner managing assigned product scope areas
• Maintain and prioritize product backlogs, scope, and delivery plans
• Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Set up and maintain Jira projects, workflows, boards, and task structures
• Coordinate ongoing operational activities and project-based initiatives
• Track and communicate progress, decisions, risks, blockers, and dependencies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product, UX/UI design, and engineering teams
• Proactively use AI tools to support requirements analysis, documentation, UX/UI activities, and daily tasks
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure successful delivery
