• Experience in managing IT projects, programs, or products, preferably in the banking sector.
• Practical experience coordinating projects and managing portfolios of business-technology initiatives.
• Ability to manage project teams and collaborate with stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Good understanding of banking processes, products, and regulated environments.
• Experience in defining business requirements and conducting business and pre-implementation analyses.
• Knowledge of system analysis methods and tools, translating business needs into technological solutions.
• Proficiency working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and knowledge of classical project management methods.
• Experience in work scope planning, schedule preparation, and project goal monitoring.
• Decision-making based on data with strong analytical skills.
• Good organizational skills, independence, thoroughness, and responsibility.
• Competent in using MS Office suite, especially MS Excel and MS Project.
• Experience working in international environments and effective communication with diverse stakeholder groups.
