Delivery Manager - Data

Elitmind is a consulting company, one of Microsoft's key partners in Poland, focusing on Data & AI projects across various industries and technologies. The company collaborates with experienced Data & AI experts and works with ecosystems including Microsoft, Databricks, and Snowflake, aiming to build intelligent organizations through data and AI foundations.

• Strong experience in building trusted, long-term relationships with clients throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Experience delivering Data Platform, BI, or Cloud transformations.
• Practical knowledge of business use cases for Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Understanding of modern data platform architecture, cloud environments, and enterprise delivery standards within the enterprise ecosystem.
• Experience in a consulting, enterprise, or customer-facing technology environment.
• Fluent English at least at B2/C1 level.

• Build trusted relationships with clients and act as their partner.
• Manage a portfolio of Data and BI projects from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate consulting and teams of experts, including Architects, Data Engineers, and BI Consultants.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and work with relevant people to address them.
• Take responsibility for business growth through proposals, estimations, and client presentations.
• Help shape and improve delivery standards, including methodologies, governance, and ways of working.
