Data and Business Analyst

co.brick talents is engaged in a strategic analytical initiative dedicated to spare parts and accessories. The project utilizes an advanced analytical model combining data from an installed-base of devices with sales data, focusing on scaling the solution and building a module for a Compatibility and Recommendation Engine.

• Several years of experience as a Data Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role in analytic and master data environments.
• Practical skills in data profiling using SQL, Excel, and Power Query.
• Experience working with product data, Master Data, PIM/MDM tools, and Data Quality processes.
• High analytical skills, proficiency in documenting business rules, and knowledge of Data Governance concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills between business and IT and fluent English.

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of PIM/MDM platforms, especially STEP / Stibo Systems.
• Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake or Databricks.
• Familiarity with spare parts/aftermarket data, product compatibility data, or installed-base databases.
• Experience collaborating with Power BI / BI teams and implementing recommendation engines.

• Collecting and documenting business requirements, business rules, and use cases, translating them into precise data structure and attribute requirements.
• Mapping attributes to source systems, assessing data quality, completeness, and consistency, performing data profiling using SQL, Excel, and Power Query.
• Identifying data gaps and root causes, coordinating remediation/enrichment activities with Master Data teams before BI implementation.
• Defining data ownership principles, glossary definitions, quality standards, and stewardship policies.
• Coordinating efforts among business, product teams, and BI developers, managing risks and prioritizing tasks.
