IT Specialist - Commercial Retail Applications Support

Arla is a global leader in the dairy industry. The position belongs to the Retail Product team within Arla IT and focuses on supporting commercial retail solutions, including the SaaS platform Visualfabriq used for promotion planning and trade investment management across multiple markets.

• Experience supporting business applications within a retail, commercial, or Trade Promotion Management environment.
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management and familiarity with ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and provide practical solutions.
• Effective collaboration skills with business users, vendors, and IT colleagues in an international environment.
• Ownership mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to work where technology and business processes intersect.

• Provide second-line support for Visualfabriq users across multiple markets.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and user access issues.
• Manage user administration, including access provisioning and role assignments.
• Support testing and deployment activities for system enhancements and releases.
• Monitor application performance and analyze recurring issues to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with vendors, business stakeholders, and internal IT teams.
• Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and user training materials.

This role requires presence in the office 50% of the time plus one additional day monthly. Fluent English proficiency is required.
