Senior Manager IT Infrastructure

• 5+ years leading IT infrastructure teams
• Strong hands-on background in server/virtualization, networking, and Azure
• Experience in regulated industry such as GxP or pharma or with similar compliance frameworks
• Proven ability to build team capability over time
• Fluent English (working language of the team)
• Comfortable working in a matrix organization with stakeholders in multiple locations

Strong advantages:

• Experience with NIS2 or ISO 27001
• Azure certification (AZ-104 or higher), ITIL Foundation or higher
• Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 administration and licensing, SASE
• Infrastructure architecture and design experience
• Polish language skills

Lead and develop the team:

• Manage, coach, and grow the team with regular meetings and performance conversations
• Build skills in Cloud/IaaS, automation, monitoring, and architecture

Own the infrastructure platform:

• Operate servers, virtualization, networking, and connectivity securely and reliably
• Deliver the Azure-first cloud roadmap and workload migrations
• Set up monitoring, observability, and alerting as managed capabilities
• Use automation to reduce manual work and improve reliability
• Mature IT Asset Management and the CMDB
• Drive the Zero Trust roadmap and build OT network segmentation

Deliver in a regulated environment:

• Work within GxP framework with validated systems, change controls, and audit trails
• Support NIS2 compliance and audit readiness

Drive service quality:

• Serve as first escalation point for infrastructure incidents meeting SLAs
• Reduce technical debt based on business risk and target operating model maturity
• Contribute to architecture decisions and update infrastructure standards
