Senior Manual Tester (E2E) | Banking industry (K/M)

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Software Testing / QA
• Strong experience in E2E testing of complex environments involving multiple applications and teams, preferably in banking
• Ability to design coverage for complex business flows
• Experience with test data and test environments
• Practical experience in API testing (REST API)
• Experience with manual testing: functional, system, integration, and E2E
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and test management tools like qTest, Xray, HP ALM, or similar
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluent in English (C1 level) for communication with stakeholders
• Experience in the banking sector, preferably in mortgage credits

Nice to have:

• Experience in Mortgage, Lending, or Banking
• Knowledge of PEGA
• Experience in large, complex application ecosystems and cross-team collaboration

• Designing and executing comprehensive E2E tests for critical banking processes
• Analyzing requirements and creating test scenarios and test cases
• Testing workflows involving multiple applications, systems, and integrations
• Planning tests and coordinating dependencies related to test data and environments
• Performing manual functional, system, integration, and REST API tests
• Planning and executing regression tests
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects
• Participating in refinement sessions and collaborating with business and technical teams
• Reporting test status, quality, and release readiness
