Head of AI / AI Strategic Consultant

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
• Extensive experience in AI, data, or digital transformation including senior or leadership roles in consulting or industry
• Proven track record defining AI strategies and delivering measurable business impact
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies (ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI) with technical depth to challenge architects and assess feasibility
• Experience building or leading AI Centers of Excellence, AI programs, or transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence C-level executives, business leaders, and technical teams
• Experience leading workshops and facilitating strategic discussions
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills in English; German is a plus
• Willingness to travel for client workshops, onboarding, and on-site engagements

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior stakeholders, shaping how organizations use AI to create measurable business value
• Define and own AI strategy and roadmaps, including vision, prioritization, investment cases, and expected ROI
• Identify, assess, and prioritize AI opportunities across business functions such as efficiency, revenue, customer experience, and risk reduction
• Build and scale AI Centers of Excellence, operating models, and capability-building programs
• Translate business goals into AI initiatives and collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure production and results
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLMs, assessing their strategic impact
• Drive AI adoption and change management, including training, communication, and building AI literacy
• Contribute to business development through proposal shaping, discovery engagements, and maintaining long-term client relationships
