Junior/Mid Python Front Arena Developer

Arini Capital Management is a specialized alternative asset manager focused on European credit markets. Founded in 2021, it offers a diverse credit investment offering including long/short credit, structured credit, opportunistic credit, direct lending, and asset-backed finance. The firm operates globally with offices in London, New York, Jersey, Warsaw, and Abu Dhabi.

• Numerical degree equivalent to > 2.1 from a leading university
• Proficient programming skills in Python
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial technology
• Experience with Front Arena is preferred but not required

• Develop and maintain Front Arena’s OMS and PMS functionalities across the business
• Develop and maintain the internal Python-based tech stack
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
